Use and maintenance of wire rope electric hoist

1. Wire rope electric hoist should be operated by a dedicated person, and the operator should be familiar with the safety operating procedures.

2. Before each use of wire rope electric hoist, the winch must be started multiple times without load, and the following items must be checked:

(1) Can the button reliably control the lifting and operation of the winch;

(2) Is the dynamic closing of the limiter flexible and reliable?

(3) Is there any abnormal sound or smell during operation;

(4) Is the wire rope wound in the spiral groove of the drum in sequence, is the wire rope damaged near the drum groove under the weight of the hook, and is the wire rope between the hook and the drum not curled. If there is any abnormality, it should be removed in time before use.

3. When using the wire rope electric hoist, it is forbidden to use the wire rope electric hoist in an environment that does not allow it, and it exceeds the rated load and rated closing times per hour (120 times).

4. The wire rope electric hoist is not allowed to use tilting and resistance lifting tools.

5. Every time the wire rope electric hoist is lifted, press the button first to make the heavy object tighten the wire rope before lifting.

6. The fire limiter of the wire rope electric hoist is a safety device designed to prevent the hook from exceeding the limit position and avoid accidents. It can only be used as an upper and lower limit and cannot be removed at will.

7. The buffers or baffles at both ends of the I-beam track are used as time limits for accidents and are not suitable for frequent collisions in daily operations.

8. It is strictly forbidden to hang heavy objects on the human body or important equipment to avoid accidents.

9. If the brake of the wire rope electric hoist fails during use and the body is quickly fixed, immediately press the up button to increase the weight by a certain distance, and then press the down button to lower the weight at a normal speed. After unloading the truck, find out the cause and eliminate the fault immediately.

10. It is recommended not to use the wire rope electric hoist to hang heavy objects in the air for a long time to prevent parts from deformation.

11. When the button fails and the contactor contacts are stuck, the power supply should be cut off immediately, the cause should be found, and the fault should be eliminated.

12. If the wire rope is found to be loose or tangled, please remove the guide rope ring first, and then reinstall it after arranging the wire rope neatly. It is not allowed to continue to rotate the reel to loosen the wire rope to avoid damaging the rope guide.

13. It is not allowed to press two buttons at the same time to make the wire rope electric hoist move in the opposite direction.

14. After the wire rope electric hoist is used, the hook should be more than 2 meters above the ground, and the main power switch should be turned on to ensure safety.

15. The end of the wire rope should be firmly fixed. Check the wear and breakage of the wire rope frequently, keep the surface of the wire rope clean, strictly abide by the operating procedures, strictly control the waste, and use the wire rope safely.
