Operation of Container lifting:

First, place the four main hoisting wire rope slings and one steering elastic wire rope in the door crane hook. Before hoisting, the pointer points to the opening direction. Using the positioning devices on the four sides of the spreader and the driver's skilled operation skills, Place the four turnlocks of the spreader into the corners of the container, then lift the hook slowly, first tension the elastic wire rope and pull the steering mechanism to make the turnlock rotate 90 degrees to the closed state, continue to lift the hook to hang from the container.

Operation of container stacking:

After hoisting the container spreader to the predetermined position, continue to lower the hook by 1-2M, then re-lift the hook and pull the steering wire rope before the main hoisting wire rope is stressed to return the turn lock to the open position, then continue to lift the hook Separate the spreader from the container spreader to complete one operation.

Maintenance of container spreader:

The connecting rod and steering mechanism of the spreader should be opened and inspected frequently, and lubricated oil should be added to make each part rotate flexibly. If there is obvious damage and deformation of the spreader and wire rope, stop using it.
