7. When the hook bush wear reaches 50% of the original size, the bush should be replaced;
8. When the wear of the hook mandrel reaches 5% of the original size, the mandrel should be replaced.
Safety inspection of C-type hook
1. For the hooks used in the human-driven lifting mechanism, the test is carried out with 1.5 times the rated load as the inspection load.
2. The hook used for the power-driven lifting mechanism is tested with twice the rated load as the inspection load.
3. After the hook is removed from the inspection load, there should be no obvious defects and deformations, and the increase in opening should not exceed 0.25% of the original size.
4. For hooks that pass the inspection, marks should be printed on the low-stress area of the hook, including rated lifting capacity, factory standard or name, inspection mark, production number, etc.
