1. MW5 series crane electromagnet adopts scientific and specific magnetic circuit design. It has the characteristics of light weight, strong magnetic permeability, large lifting capacity, and aluminum wire coils. The protective plate of non-magnetic material adopts rolled manganese plate which is resistant to wear and impact. Makes the MW5 series electromagnets have a long service life. MW5 series is divided into standard type, high temperature type and high frequency type. The electromagnet usually adopts the constant voltage control method, and also can adopt the strong excitation or over excitation method. MW5 series high-frequency type generally adopts strong excitation or over-excitation control mode, and the power-on duration rate is TD-75% and TD-60%. Using strong excitation method (DC-290V/220V) can increase the lifting capacity by about 6%. The overexcitation method (DC-350V/290V/200V) is use for large cargo. It can speed up the excitation speed of the electromagnet and increase the lifting capacity by about 12%.
